With high importance to food from governments at various levels, quick growth of market demand and powerful driving by science and technology progress, food sector has achieved sustained, rapid, healthy development. Beijing, as China’s political, economic, cultural and international exchange center, is the biggest consumption circulation market of China at the same time. FCE, relying on Beijing’s huge consumption market and geographical advantages, is designed to meet enterprises’ demand in developing international and domestic markets.

The Expo has attracted 450 business exhibitors from 26 countries and regions in the world, with exhibition area of nearly 20,000 sq.m, more than 20 domestic and international professional procurement teams and visitors more than 30,000 persons/times, a new high compared with all past expos. Solid purchaser resource is always the most striking highlight of the Expo. The Organizing Committee, with its rich and quality purchasing customer resources, through domestic food-related exhibitions and large-sized professional food wholesale markets around China, has collected information on professional visitors, and designed and printed 600,00 tickets, which have been mailed to agents, distributors, importers & exporters, wholesalers, retailers, supermarkets, hotels, convenience stores and professional buyers, etc, to ensure flow of professional visitors from all cities and provinces of China. In addition, the Organizing Committee has also released letter of invitation to provincial and municipal relevant departments and food associations /societies, etc for them to organize their subordinate enterprises, key enterprises and member units, etc to pay visit and inspection to the Expo in manner of delegation. Through mobile phone short message platform, the Organizing Committee will send more than 500,000 pieces of information on the Expo before and in the Expo to national channel purchasers and circulation servers accumulated over past 10 years, for all-round publicity and invitation. As another approach to develop the Expo, the Expo will practice pre-registration of professional visitors, and organize purchase pairing and providing quality service and commercial and trade talks for the pre-registered visitors.

【Rate Standard】
Costs and arrangement: This Expo will offer standard booths and bare space, from which exhibitors can make choice according to specific needs.
Standard booth : 3mx3m=9㎡; international exhibition area : USD4,000 each; domestic exhibition area : RMB 12,800 each;
A standard booth consists of carpet, three-side exhibition board, company name fascia board, one information desk, two chairs, two spotlights, one socket(For special power supply, please notify the organizer in advance, subject to additional charge).
Indoor bare space : International exhibition area : USD400/㎡; domestic exhibition area : RMB 1,300/㎡(36㎡ as the threshold for hire);
Bare space will be free of any exhibition frame and facilities. In order to guarantee erection quality, all exhibitors with bare space are asked to choose the organizer-designated builder to erect your exhibition stands. No other builders but the designated builder will be allowed to enter the halls.

Technical Exchange
During the Expo, the Organizing Committee will assist exhibitors’ special technical exchange in meeting room of the Center, with exchange item to be decided by relevant exhibitors, 60 minutes and audience of 80-150 as invited by relevant exhibitors and cost of ¥10,000 per exchange. Technical exchanges shall be subject to the arrangement and schedule.
