The growing success of SIAM is of undisguised pride. Paradoxically, this success also requires us to constantly raise the challenge of working better in order to be more successful. The stakes are now too important to indulge complacency and thus fall into the trap of routine and trivialization. Therefore, it is imperative to innovate and improve SIAM 2014, even though the 8th edition broke all the records!
No need to perform a scholarly demonstration to show its benefits either locally and regionally as well as nationally and internationally.
We cannot visualize (dream, have) a more valuable showcase for producers. The first show of the Kingdom of Morocco and Africa has acquired a status of reference and is still retaining its prestige. However, many complex problems in terms of organization and management were encountered. Particular attention is given to exhibitors. In other words, anticipate and meet their requirements and expectations way before they are formulated.
On the other hand, hundreds of thousands of visitors are awaited and expecting new discoveries and quality service. In short, what do we suggest to meet this new challenge?
The Organizers’ office, mainspring, which includes all the show services, and has as structural basis a project management mode and a concurrent engineering, has set a mission for eight years, to make relevant the quantity and complexity of facts and data of each edition, the fundamental trends in the development of this major event in the agriculture sector.
Under the national and international pressure that grant us a high degree of reliability in terms of comfort of exhibitors and visitors, what matters the most are the conditions in which an effective transition can be made, and the terms of which SIAM 2014 will be build taking into consideration the grievances of everyone:
1 - An increase in the exhibit area in order to meet the demands of stands’ expansion and thus the enlargement of traffic lanes.
2 - A better distribution of poles according to their needs, constraints and visitors.
3 - The establishment of nearby B to B areas, conference space and catering area will complete this offer.
4 - A spread over time.
A complete program will be provided to assure the comfort of participants, accomplished through an enhanced human force and high-performance equipment.
