Created from the merger of the Source & Taste of the West trade show and the Expowest Westcountry catering & hospitality trade show, it combines the best of both and covers the whole of the food, drink, catering & hospitality market. As well as around 300 exhibitors, you can also see some great chef demos from professional chefs such as South West Chef of the Year 2013 Nathan Cornwell, and 2012 Masterchef the Professionals Champion Anton Piotrowski.
