With powerful support and joint participation from government bodies and trade associations, “Shanghai International Frozen & Refrigerated Food Exposition AND Shanghai International Catering, Ingredients Exhibition”, has been continuously held with three successful editions since its inaugural event in 2010. Represented on show were meat, poultry, seafood, vegetables, and all kinds of frozen foods, etc. food and ingredient products from home and abroad. The exhibition size, and number of exhibitors have been doubling year by year. Over the past three years of cultivation, the exhibition has become the best venue for frozen food companies to understand market trends, promote own products, expand customer channels, enhance mutual friendships, and has also become the ideal marketplace for foodservice buyers, top supermarkets/hypermarkets, importers, independent retailers, wholesalers, distributors to find suitable foods and ingredients.

★ Note: Each standard booth (Shell Scheme, 9 M2) consists of 3-sided partitions, carpet, 1 desk and 2 chairs, 2 spotlights, and one 220V/5A power socket. The raw space is required to be rented with minimum 36sq.m, which is only supplied with a show space, 24-hour cleaning and security services, excluding booth frames, and show equipment, etc.
* Participation Procedure:
1. Fill out the "Participation Application Form", send the application by email or fax to the Organizer. The allocation of booths is on the basis of "first-come-first-served" in terms of application and payment.
2. Make the fees payable in full or 50% as deposit by telegraphic transfer to the Organizer within 7 days after Application. The balance of the payment shall be settled prior to 10th August, 2013. The "Proof of Payment" shall be emailed or faxed to Organizer after payment.
3. Submit your Company Profile to the Organizer before 10th August, 2013. The Organizer shall not be responsible for any mistakes should the company profile be submitted later than the due date.
4. Exhibition issues concerning hotel reservation, transportation, booth building, furniture renting, on-site interpretation, etc., will be arranged according to "Exhibitor's Manual".
