The planning of Nordic Barista Cup 2013 has begun. The 2013 event is in Oslo, Norway from 5.-7. September. Location for the 2013 event is Scenebygget, next to the new food marked-hall, Mathallen, which opened in October 2012.
Brazil will be the 2013 focus country. We are excited to present coffees, culture and speakers from Brazil.
The program is divided into 3 days with different main themes:
SERVICE (customer experience, hospitality, sociology)
SUSTAINABILITY (recycling, biodynamic, organic)
SCIENCE (grinding, brewing, water)
Speakers will be presented April 1st 2013.
