China's most important gathering of ingredient professionals, Fi Asia-China, Hi & Ni (FiAC) will return to Shanghai, China on 26-28 June, 2014 at SNIEC.
FiAC will continue to serve the Chinese ingredients market by creating a global meeting place for food professionals to source the ingredients they need, learn about the latest innovations and challenges faced by the industry and develop their business network.
The Food ingredients exhibition will be enlarged to two halls. The new halls will be connected with Natural Extracts China (NEX), a pavilion at the co-located CPhI China expo. FiAC will return with NuW Pavilion and Spices & Essences Pavilion and this year offer Healthplex & Nutraceutical China (HNC) providing direct access to the industry's most innovative finished products. STARCH EXHIBITION has also been introduced for 2014 and will be the only international expo for starch in China. Expo FoodTec will round out the entire industry chain offering by showcasing food machinery, packaging, and technology innovations in the food and beverage industry.

Over the 3-day show, more than 51,000 visitors from over 78 countries came to Shanghai, making it the largest food ingredients and nutraceuticals exhibition in Asia. The busy aisles were evidence to this exceptional increase in visitor numbers – over 24% more visitors than in 2011!
The exhibition has become a "must attend" event in the food and nutraceuticals industry. Since its launch in 2003, the show has continuously developed and played a significant role within the growing food and beverage health sector in China and beyond. The ever increasing international visitor numbers, together with the many educational opportunities at the show, have contributed to its success as a leading international trade platform in Asia.

Fi Asia-China has been serving the Chinese market for over 10 years. In 2010, the first Hi & Ni China took place in Shanghai, responding to the food industry's growing interest in the application of health and natural ingredients to improve product quality and consumer health.
In 2014, Fi Asia-China, Hi & Ni returns to Shanghai in conjunction with CPhI China and Natural & Nutraceutical Products (NPC) China.
