Why Exhibit?
The restaurant industry is reporting booming sales. In fact, the National Restaurant Association predicts 2012 restaurant sales will reach a record high of $660.5 billion - a 3.8% increase over 2012. So after several years of pinching pennies and making do, operators will need to upgrade equipment and supplies in both back and front of house, revamp menus or concepts and connect with suppliers with new approaches to doing business that save money while boosting guest satisfaction.
Exhibit at NRA Show 2013 to connect with a massive group of high-level decision-makers and influencers from all across the foodservice and hospitality industry.

About IWSB
Now celebrating its 6th year, the International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event (IWSB) —co-located with NRA Show 2013—is the only forum in the world focused exclusively on the role of beverage alcohol in the restaurant and hospitality industry.
Crafting a successful bar program based on the flavors and brands that will best pair with menu offerings to increase check averages is a challenge unique to this industry. And it’s a challenge that IWSB—in tandem with the NRA Show—is uniquely positioned to help operators meet.
IWSB features domestic and international brewers, distillers and vintners showcasing hundreds of established and emerging labels, beverage alcohol-focused, industry expert-led education sessions, hands-on demonstrations, dynamic mixology competition and access to professionally paired menu items from local Chicago restaurants.
The International Wine, Spirits & Beer Event provides unparalleled opportunity for producers of all sizes to get their product in front of major buyers—and for beverage alcohol buyers to interact one-on-one with the producers developing the next breakthrough brand and mixology innovations.
