Shanghai International Condiments & Food Ingredients Exhibition 2013 (CFIE), is an international condiments tradefair sponsored and hosted by Shanghai Food Association Condiments Sub-branch, co-sponsored by Guangdong Provincial Food Association Condiments Sub-branch, Hebei Provincial Condiments Association, Heilongjiang Provincial Condiments Industry Association, Hubei Provincial Condiments Association, Jiangsu Provincial Condiment and Subsidiary Food Association, Jiangxi Provincial Condiments Association, Inner Mongolia Condiments Association, Shanxi Vinegar Industry Association, Sichuan Provincial Federation of Industry and Commerce Sichuan Cuisine Condiments Chamber of Commerce, Sichuan Provincial Condiments Association, Zhejiang Provincial Condiments Association, Chongqing Condiments Association, Shanghai Food Additive Trade Association, Taipei World Trade Center Liaison Office in Shanghai, etc., aimed at creating a more effective brand promotion and product trade marketplace for China's and overseas condiments and food ingredients companies, so that more and more new products and new technologies can go all over China, and walk to the world through this exhibition platform, by taking special market advantage of Shanghai, and gathering collective power of associations.
