Competitions at Coffee Fest New York 2014
The DaVinci Gourmet, America's Best Coffeehouse Competition Eastern region semifinals and finals will take place at Coffee Fest New York. There is an early deadline to apply, January 2, 2014. Interested coffeehouse teams are encouraged to complete the application and submit to Coffee Fest along with either a three minute video highlighting the coffeehouse, it's team, and the attributes that make them the best coffeehouse in North America, or a picture of the coffeehouse and team members.
A maximum of 20 coffeehouses will be selected for the 60 day preliminary round beginning January 7st, 2014. Click here for more information about this new and exciting competition.
The NEW America's Best Espresso competition is an exciting and unique addition to the lineup of professional competitions produced by Coffee Fest. Aimed to determine and acknowledge the three best coffee roasters in North America, the Eastern Regional competition will take place at Coffee Fest New York. Interested Roasters are encouraged to complete the application and submit to Coffee Fest by February 7th, 2014.
A maximum of 32 roasters will be selected. Click here for more information about this new and exciting competition.
The Coffee Fest Latte Art World Championship Open will take place March 7-9,2014 at the Jacob Javits Center in New York City. Interested competitors are encouraged to complete the application and submit to Coffee Fest with pictures of their best pours before the selection committee convenes to set the field for the October show.
The application deadline for New York is February 7, 2014. The ultimate champion will earn a grand sum of $2,000. Second place pockets $1,000 and third place earns $500
