As its key event, InterFood Astana will feature a professional tasting competition of foodstuffs and drinks entitled Traditions of Quality. Winners will be awarded golden medals and diplomas and granted the right to place the medal’s logo on the award-winning product’s label and refer to the fact of being an award-winner when advertising their products.
By taking part in the tasting competition, manufacturers validate the quality of their products with special marks of distinction, which raises the buyers’ level of trust therein.
Advertising Campaign to Attract Qualified Visitors
Direct mail to circulate 15,000 complimentary invitations among addressees listed in the professional database that covers all leading companies of the food industry in Kazakhstan and Central Asia.

InterFood Astana 2013 – new opportunities for business in Astana!
The large-scale exhibition of the food industry and packaging in Northern and Central regions of Kazakhstan, that will be held on April 17 -19, 2013, in Astana, at the exhibition center «Korme» – «InterFood Astana 2013» - demonstrates the all-round growth.
InterFood Astana 2013 Exhibition expects the participation of nearly 100 companies and more than 3.5 thousand of the visitors-specialists. Nowadays, 85% of exposition is already occupied, the territory of the exhibition increased by 25% comparing to the similar period of the last year.
Companies from 12 world countries have already informed about taking part at this event: Belarus, the Great Britain, Ghana, Germany, Spain, Kazakhstan, China, Poland, Russia, Thailand, Ukraine and France.
The variety of the confectionery and bakery equipment will be presented at the exhibition. The large-scale expositions will be supported by the stands of the following companies: Favourite-Techno (Kazakhstan-Italy) and Makiz Ural (Russia).
The significance of the event is underlined by the following words of Alexander Yakovlev, the Trade Representative of Russia in Kazakhstan, in his Welcome Letter to the exhibition participants: «The status value of this event is annually determined by the wide geographical variety of participants, rich spectrum of the latest achievements of the agricultural sector, and no doubts it has the positive influence on the further development of the industry. As its key event, Inter Food Astana will feature a professional tasting competition of foodstuffs and drinks entitled “Traditions of Quality”. The presented samples of products will be evaluated by the special committee and the chairman will be the Vice-President of Kazakhstani Food Academy, Mr. Sinyavskiy Yu.A. The winners will be awarded golden medals and diplomas and granted the right to place the medal’s logo on the award-winning product’s label.
