Prodtech 2013 - 10th International specialized exhibition of equipment, technologies and package for the food industry

INTERFOOD and PRODTECH 2012 exposition showcased by 120 companies from 10 countries: Russia, Italy, Bulgaria, Belarus, Poland, Ukraine, France, Sri Lanka, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Estonia. Over 80% of exhibitors confirmed that they established new partnerships at the shows and opened new market.
During the three opening days the show was attended by over 4100 industry professionals: entrepreneurs, technologists, development and marketing heads, buyers, representatives of trade centers, chains and restaurants. InterFood + Prodtech is a significant event for professionals in agricultural sector. The exhibition demonstrates the achievements and possibilities of food processing industry, not only in the North-West of Russia, but in country as a whole attracting new investors in the sector. Exhibition and business program both provide support to the local and international producers and supliers, helping to strengthen business contacts and launch effective cooperation.

INTERFOOD 2013 will feature the following product categories: bakery and confectionary, poultry, eggs, meat and sausages, fish, seafood, cheese, butter, fresh fruits and vegetables, pasta, cereals, flour, flavorings and spices, ready-made goods, instant food, frozen food, ice-cream, snacks, appetizers, tea, coffee, beverages, water, baby and diet food, as well as products and beverages for cafes, bars, restaurants, gourmet food (FoodRest), ingredients, additives, food colorings (FoodChem), transport and logistics for food industry (FoodTrans).
Season 2013 topic: healthy food and wellness. Special information center will be working throughout the terms of the exhibition where visitors will be able to get information about availability of ecologically clean and organic food products, edible raw materials and ingredients at stands of the exhibition as well as more other useful information.
An eventful business program will be offered to participants and visitors of specialized exhibitions INTERFOOD and PRODTECH:
Business Matchmaking: specially equipped venue for business communication and negotiations;
Seminars, master classes conducted by industry experts, presentations of products displayed by the participants of INTERFOOD and PRODTECH;
Specialised contests “The best food product” and “The latest technologies and equipment for food and processing industry”, the winners will be awarded with medals and diplomas of the Ministry of Agriculture of the Russian Federation.
