Aahar 2013 – 28th AAHAR The largest fair on Food & Hospitality Sector in India
This will cover two separate but concurrent exhibitions. “Hospitality India” covering Hotel & Restaurant Equipment and Supplies and “Food India” covering Foods, Processed Foods, Food Processing & Beverages.

A Brief report on Aahar, 2012
1. Largest fair so far in terms of participation and visitorship
2. Area covered was 39200 sqm as against 38000 sqm in Aahar,2011
3. 565 exhibitors including 72 from 19 overseas countries such as 19 – Argentina, Australia, China, Canada, Denmark, Germany, Hong Kong, Italy, Japan, Pakistan, Poland, Spain, Sweden, Turkey, Taiwan, Malaysia, UAE, USA and Vietnam. Size of participation increased 20% compared to previous edition
4. Overseas participation increased 227% compared to previous edition
5. 22264 business visitors including 226 overseas business visitors from countries such as Australia, Bangladesh, Belgium, China, Canada, Finalnd, Ghana, Hong Kong, Italy, Kuwait, Pakistan, Malaysia, Nigeria, Nepal, New Zealand, Oman, Philippines, Spain, Sri Lanka, Sweden, United Arab Emirates, United Kingdom and United States of America visited Aahar 2012 against a figure of 13853 and 139 from overseas for Aahar, 2011. This marks 61.7% increase in visitor turn out compared to last edition.
6. 90% of participants indicated that their objectives were achieved. This points to high level satisfaction in the exhibition.
