- With a successful course of 20 years, ARTOZA trade fair is regarded these days as a major institution in Greece for the sectors of Bakery, Pastry, Chocolate and Ice Cream. Since 1991, ARTOZA takes place every two years under the auspices of the sector's leading professional associations such as the Hellenic Federation of Bakers (H.F.B.) and the Greek Pastry Professionals' Federation (OEZE). The major companies producing raw materials, machinery, equipment and packaging for the bakery, pastry, chocolate and ice cream sectors participate in the trade fair. For Greek and Cypriot professionals as well as their colleagues from the Balkan peninsula, Eastern Europe and Middle East, who visit the trade fair, ARTOZA is a major event where important ivestment decisions are made. Thanks to the excellent organisation, the innovative layout and the multitude of impressive parallel events, ARTOZA consists an important commercial forum for the sector's professionals.

The 13th ARTOZA 2013 will take place from Saturdat 23 to Tuesday 26 February 2013, from 10:00 to 20:00.

ARTOZA 2013 will be widely promoted through an extensive advertising campaign reaching the target Bakery & Pastry audience.
