The WSWA Convention & Exposition is the premier event where distributors seek out new and exciting beverage products for U.S. consumers, meet with existing portfolio partners and look for services to enhance internal operations. This event will provide you with the opportunities you need to introduce your wines and spirits to the U.S. market.
Products introduced at this event have gone on to become blockbuster brands in the U.S. and abroad. If you provide business products and services of any kind to the beverage alcohol industry or businesses in general, this event will provide you with the opportunities to market your products or services to the industry`s leading opinion leaders and product sellers.
The WSWA Convention & Exposition is pleased to offer three ways to showcase your products and conduct business.
Exhibit Halls
Exhibitor Information: Two exhibit halls offer a mix of wines, spirits and other related products and services. The halls will be located in the Palazzo Ballroom and Mediterranean Ballroom on the Lobby Level of the JW Marriott Grande Lakes Orlando Conference Center, close to the WSWA registration area. See our photo gallery to view pictures of the Exhibit Halls from the WSWA 69th Annual Convention & Exposition.
Lower Level Hospitality Suites
Hospitality Suite Information: These are meeting rooms located in the main conference space at both the JW Marriott, Orlando Grande Lakes and The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando Grande Lakes, collectively known as Grande Lakes Orlando. Meeting rooms are fully customizable allowing for maximum flexibility of product display space and private meeting areas. Lower Level Hospitality Suites are available at most price points and can be secured in the heavily-trafficked main convention area or in a more secluded location for companies who wish to have “by appointment only” meetings. See our photo gallery to view pictures of Lower Level Hospitality Suites from the WSWA 69th Annual Convention & Exposition.
Traditional Hospitality Suites
Hospitality Suite Information: These are suites located on hotel guest room floors in both the JW Marriott, Orlando Grande Lakes and The Ritz-Carlton, Orlando Grande Lakes. Bedding can be removed from the suites’ adjoining guest rooms (fees apply) to create space for customized display areas. Adjoining bedrooms are available for most suite types and can be reserved and modified into space in which private meetings can be held. Traditional Hospitality Suite holders will not receive room numbers in advance of check-in.*
Here’s why:
Hotel lodging laws protect the current suite occupant(s).
Hotels cannot guarantee the departure date of current suite occupant(s).
Suites may need to be removed from hotel inventory due to unforeseen circumstances.
