FORUM SA began its trade show activities in 1991 with the organisation of the first ARTOZA, which is now considered an institution for the bakery, pastry, chocolate and ice cream sectors in Greece. ARTOZA takes place every two years under the auspices of major professional associations such as the H.F.B. (Hellenic Federation of Bakers) and OEZE (Federation of Greek Pastry Artisan Professionals Professionals). Greek and Cyprian professionals but also entrepreneurs from the Balkan peninsula, Eastern Europe and Middle East visit the trade show. Thanks to its excellent layout and organisation as well as the multitude of parallel events, ARTOZA is an ideal commercial forum for the sector's professionals. The 13th ΑRTOZA will take place at the exhibition centre METROPOLITAN EXPO from 23 to 26 February 2013.
