Global Seafood Market Conference Topics
The Conference will provide the industry with information on the economic, social and demographic trends and changes that will affect international seafood markets. During the conference, seafood markets will be segregated into individual market levels based on the price points in which they compete. At NFI’s 2013 GSMC, participants will determine a view of the opportunities and pitfalls for supplying and purchasing the major species groups in the coming year.
The GSMC '13 will open with a Plenary Session providing an overview of wild capture and aquaculture species as well as Duane Lenz presenting on the Center of the Plate Proteins. In addition, subsequent plenary sessions will examine the economy, finance, credit and currencies in 2013.
The following seafood product groups will be analyzed at GSMC '13:
