Food Processing Expo 2013
-With more than 200 exhibitors and 1800 attendees, Food Processing Expo is the largest tradeshow in California devoted exclusively to food processing. The purpose of the Expo is to bring the industry together by offering a tradeshow floor with exhibits featuring machinery, equipment, supplies, services and other vendors with innovative products for the industry.
In addition to the exhibits, the Expo includes numerous informative sessions and networking events that ensure there is something of interest for everyone in the food processing industry.
Food Processing School - NEW!
In the dynamic and demanding business of food processing, processors deal with complex technical and regulatory issues to ensure they produce safe and wholesome products. It is critical that company staff from the plant floor to the top floor office understand how to safely process and preserve food as well as requisite regulations and laws. Training is key! The California League of Food Processors in cooperation with UC Davis and the CDPH, Food and Drug Branch, is offering a one-day session that will focus on the basic science of food processing and food safety.
