-Bakery Showcase is the Canada's national baking industry trade Show & convention event! The event is held every other year, it is the LARGEST baking specific event produced in Canada.

Established in 1965, Bakery Showcase is Canada's largest baking specific event that includes a trade show, seminars & workshops and evening festivities. It has been designed to provide a forum where suppliers, bakers small and large and buyers of baked goods can meet on common ground and conduct business.
