◆ Each standard booth fee consists of a show area, carpet, 3-sided partitions, 1 negotiation table, 2 chairs, 2 spot lights, fascia board with company name in Chinese and English, 1 220V/10A power socket (no more than 500W) and 1 wastepaper basket.
◆Booth allocation principles: booth location by the organizing committee to the following principles: booth types, quantity, industry, the content of products and services and other factors and registration, arrange the booths according to the order of payment.
2. Show Catalogue & Advertising Service:
In order to expand the influence of this exhibition, and enlarge the promotion of products and images, the Show Catalogue will be compiled and printed by the Organizing Committee, which is made of 16-mo (210mm × 285mm) exquisite imported art paper. The Show Catalogue will contribute to publicize the exhibitors and their products in a colorful format. widely distributed to relevant authorities, associations and trade visitors, the Show Catalogue will also be sent to professionals nationwide through the large-scale network of the Organizing Committee. In addition, the Organizer will also provide a full range of advertising supports at the venue. The advertising charges for publication in the Show Catalogue and promotion at the venue are listed as follows:

4. Concurrent Activities: Industry experts will hold several academic seminars during the Expo
New products and new technology presentation conference: Each session is charged at USD 2000 dollars for 30 minutes.( joint ventures and foreign enterprises) The Organizer will provide conference rooms and sound amplifiers, and assist in inviting the professionals. (Experts of the industry associations and organizations will appraise and select excellent papers and compile them into papers collection, then distribute them to professional clients.)
Participation Procedures:
For participating in the exhibition, please fill out and seal the Application Form, then submit it by fax or mail to the Organizing Committee. The participation fees shall be remitted to the official account designated by the Organizing Committee within 7 working days after application. Upon remittance of the payment, the duplicated copy of remittance note shall be faxed to the Organizing Committee. Upon receipt of the participation fees, the Organizing Committee will send a letter of conformation for booth reservation. When all the payment is settled (one month before the Expo), the Organizing Committee will send a copy of Exhibitor’s Manual to the exhibitor, which consists of participation notice, hotel accommodations, transportation of exhibits, traffic routes for cargo trucks, etc. In case the exhibitor withdraws from the exhibition halfway, the participation fees shall not be refunded. In order to expand the influence of the Expo and increase the recognition of enterprises, the Organizer will especially invite powerful enterprises as co-sponsors
Others:
For better promotion of company brand, the organizer is sincerely inviting companies of strong competence to be our supporters. It is classified by the following three types on basis of costs, type A is USD50, 000.00, type B is USD40,000.00 and type C is USD30,000.00.
