International Production & Processing Expo 2013
IPE, IFE, and AMI's IME are co-locating their tradeshows in 2013, under the International Production & Processing Expo umbrella name. The IPPE will bring together over 1,000 exhibitors and an anticipated 25,000 attendees in Atlanta from January 29 - 31, 2013.
The IFE is one of the many resources the American Feed Industry Association offers it members. Founded in 1909, AFIA, based in Arlington, Va., is the world's largest organization devoted exclusively to representing the business, legislative and regulatory interests of the animal feed industry and its suppliers. AFIA also is the recognized leader on international industry developments. Members include more than 500 domestic and international companies and state, regional and national associations. Member-companies are livestock feed and pet food manufacturers, integrators, pharmaceutical companies, ingredient suppliers, equipment manufacturers and companies which supply other products, services and supplies to feed manufacturers.
The International Poultry Expo(IPE) is the primary source of funding for the U.S. Poultry & Egg Association, the world's largest and most active poultry organization. It represents the entire industry as an "All Feather" association. Membership includes producers and processors of broilers, turkeys, ducks, eggs, and breeding stock, as well as allied companies. Formed in 1947, the association has affiliations in 27 states and member companies worldwide. This nonprofit organization represents its poultry and egg members through research, education, communications and technical services.
